What is detoxification?

When the body’s cells are overwhelmed by toxins and parasites{ harmful bacteria} Mother Nature steps in with “illness” to
remove the impurities from the body. The process is usually mildly to extremely uncomfortable. A Detox is the same
thing as illness only it’s voluntary.

What foods should be avoided during a detox?

Milk, Diary Products, Flesh (Pork, Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Seafood & Eggs), Wheat, Oats, Rice,
Sugar, SOY, Processed Starch, Chemicals (in food, drink, hair or on the skin), colorings, additives,
emulsifiers, yeast, coffee & alcohol, ketchup, dressing, mayo, hot sauce.
Feel free to research the body & incorporate more onto the list. Every body is different, this is in general
but do not take things off of this list!

What are "Good" foods to eat during the detox?

Herbs 5 - 21 cups of herbs weekly.
Seeds/Grains- With every meal or served alone as a snack or meal (breakfast especially). amaranth, Black (or wild) Rice, Kamut, Millet, Quinoa (high in protein), Rye, Spelt, Teff (high in iron)
Vegetables- Arame, Beans (Black & Green including peas), Bladderwrack, Broccoli, Cabbage, Dandelion, Greens (Collard, Kale, Mustard, Poke etc...), Hijiki, Kelp, Mushrooms, Nori, Okra, Onions,Pumpkins, Radish (black), Sea Moss, Squash, Wakame, Yam, Zucchini.
Fruits- Advocado, Apples, Bananas, Berries (including egg plants), Coconuts, Cucumbers, Currants,
Dates, Figs, Grapefruit (sparingly as a transition to lemons/limes), Limes, LEMONS, Mangoes, Papayas,
Peaches, Peppers, Plum, Prunes, Raisin,SourSop, Tomatoes. For those still eating flesh follow it with a
slice of pineapple for digestion.

What type of  exercise model should you follow?

Adults Daily

While sipping some Grape Juice for Anti-oxidant support.
Stretching and rotating of the toes, ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers and neck.
2 straight minutes of Jump Rope or 10 Jumping Jacks (lymphatic system)!
5-10 push ups (muscular system).! 3-10 leg lifts (metabolize fat).! 15 minutes of upbeat walking.

Children should do the  same stretching as adult with 2-4 hours of vigorous physical play.

Plenty of fruits &
juice. Stretch and exercise before shower, remember to have a cup of herbs before bed.
